They will not let you talk to the agent. Just terrible service from this office. I ended up paying all of the repairs out of my pocket before I could get re-imbursed by State Farm. All they do is send you in circles and connect you back to the adjuster. This is the worst State Farm agent in Oxford. Be warned."
